Pastor Jay Carney leads with vision, clarity, and a passion for building a church where the Holy Spirit is not just acknowledged, but welcomed and followed. His desire is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus and for every believer to walk confidently in their calling.

Alongside him, Demetra serves with a contagious love for people and a deep devotion to worship. An accomplished musician and worship leader with a degree in music from Jackson College of Ministry, she has served in ministry for more than 40 years, developing leaders, guiding people toward Christ, and investing deeply in the Tupelo community through leadership training and discipleship.

United in marriage for over 34 years, they are the proud parents of Jayda, Jayce and Juliana. The Carneys are committed to building a church where everyone is welcome, nobody is perfect, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, anything is possible.
